You have 5 days from receiving your item to request a return.

Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return it as per the return policy and make a new purchase. Our customer care team can assist with placing a new order.

Refunds

Refunds are issued as a Credit Note valid for 10 months, minus INR 200 for shipping charges. Please allow up to 7 working days for processing.
